and four months later…ubuntu cds!

I can’t believe this, the hoary CDs that I ordered in late April arrived in the mail today. I had given up all hope on these. Would have been really nice to have had these a few months ago when hoary was the new thing, now its almost all about breezy =/.

I noticed these CDs ship from the netherlands? Wouldn’t it make more sense for them to set up something in the US to do printing/distribution around the country to save on shipping cost/time?

    They just arrived last week … and my country is next to the netherlands so … go figure :)

    Now my shiny ibook has ubuntu ppc hoary :)

    Perhaps this is a sign that instead of free shipping, they’re deciding to “go dutch” on it? ;-)

    Same here, I was in shock. I had ordered these back in January and got them within the past couple of weeks.
